    YEARBOOK Shout-out

    Attention 5th Grade Parents:


    Its the last year of elementary school! Celebrate this with a
    shout-out to your 5th grader! What a great way to send
    your rising 6th grader off to middle school.
    The deadline is Friday, December 16th. If you are interested,
    please fill out the information below return it to Mrs. Pfeifer or
    Mrs. Olszyk. Due to yearbook deadline commitments messages
    will not be accepted after December 16th.
    Some examples of messages are included below:
    Jane, Congratulations. We are all so proud of you! Love Mom & Dad
    John, Great Job! Good luck in middle school! Love Grandma & Grandpa
    Jane, Congratulations on an amazing job in elementary school! We couldnt be any
