LOST AND FOUND ITEMS AT THE BISHOP - All lost and found items will be on display in the Bishop lobby

All remaining items will be donated to a local organization.
Most classes have Library time on Thursday or Friday so watch out for wish lists coming home in the next two days.

do!”

honors him or her with a gift to the Arlington Education Foundation in his or her name . You will receive a receipt for

Stars d onations go back into our schools as funding for AEF grants both large and small, including Continuing
Scholar Awards and Innovations in Education grants that go directly to teachers. Read more about AEF grants here:
http://www.aefma.org
You can give a teacher a Star at any time during the year, but please give early this month to ensure delivery before
the holiday break.
A mail-in form was sent via your child's home-to-school folder before Thanksgiving.

Green Team
Friday Mornings @ 7:30 AM
This week we will be meeting in the conference room in the main office. Come learn something new and share
your ideas.
Green Initiatives
Button Battery Collection Box - Main Office
Help our Green Team and our planet by recycling your button batteries. Keeping button batteries out of the
trash keeps mercury and other toxins out of our environment. Last year, some of the proceeds from collecting
button batteries, was gifted by Arlington’s Garden Club, to help pay for the pollinator garden that our Green
Team planted and maintained.

STAFF SPOTLIGHT!
Each week we spotlight a member of the Bishop staff on the bulletin board outside the main office to get to
know them better. Can you figure out who this week's spotlight is?

Frosty the Snowman creates winter every year and he needs your help! This year,
he needs all of the helpers he can find to decorate the winter landscape, solve
puzzles, and enjoy his games. Join us with your family and friends as we get
ready for winter and the holidays!
The Winter Craft Festival is a great way for kids to celebrate the holidays and
practice their creativity. The suggested ages are 0-10 years old. Crafts will be
available for kids to make, such as gingerbread houses, snow globes, mug
warmers, paper snowflakes, and more! There will also be a bake sale and
holiday music. Admission is $7 and can be paid at the door. Please respond
with the number of people you plan to bring at: classofficers2020@gmail.com.
