    CHINA BANK FIXED INCOME FUND

    The China Bank Fixed Income Fund (hereinafter, the Fund) intends to achieve for its pa

    rticipants a steady stream of income by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio o

    f high grade marketable fixed-income securities such as government securities, corpor

    ate bonds and notes of varying tenors as well as bank deposits and money market place

    ments. The Fund shall have an average duration not exceeding ten (10) years. The

    Fund aims to outperform its benchmark which is the Bloomberg Philippine Sovereig

    n Bond Index 5+ Year (BPHIL5 Index).
