    6. Speakers 1 senior level Staff from “Servicenow”

    7. Moderator An Industry Expert

    8. Designation of Delegates CX Heads and one designation low

    9. Attendee Sectors Accounts of wish list provided

    Expectations from Servicenow:

    Wish list of the organizations to be targeted.

    Designation of the delegates to be on board.

    Invitation Brochure to be provided.

    Gifts to be provided for the delegates by Servicenow

    Whitepapers & Case Studies to be shared.

    Deliverables from Augmentrac:

    Targeting a wish list of delegates, the 12- 15 attendees for the Roundtable will be from the list of accounts shared by ServiceNow with Job titles’
    CX Heads and one designation low

    Commitment of maximum number (12 - 15) of delegates at expected levels of understanding as per above in Delegate Designations.

    Sharing the final list of confirmations & attendance.

    Constant update on attendance twice in a week

    Suggesting relevant audience that Servicenow may miss out.

    RT Session between 18:00 – 20:00 followed by Cocktail & Dinner

    TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    Payment: 100% payable to Augmentrac within 07 days after receiving the Invoice.

    Scope of Work once signed stands confirmed, in an event if Servicenow wishes to reschedule or cancel the event it will be subject to a
    Cancellation Clause which can be 100% of the contract value.

    Investment: INR 450000 / USD $ 7000 + Applicable taxes
