Assessing the impacts of Team Empowerment and Support Technologies on Project

Success in Presence of Temporal Leadership as a Moderator

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to assess the impacts of team empowerment and support

technologies on project success in presence of temporal leadership as a moderator. It has been

observed that construction projects are more challenging to make successful. Some factors from

external environment is out of control, but some internal factor are in control of project manager

and teams. Stakeholder, particular sponsor are very concerned in project success and selection of

project manager. There are about 50 various construction firms, from different regions of

Pakistan are considered in data collection by questionnaires to examine the overall relationships

between the variables developed. The outcomes from data interpretation shows that the team

empowerment, support technologies and temporal leadership has clear influences of project

success in construction industry. This study will help to make project manager more effective by

ensure them the importance of empowering teams, use of supportive technologies and temporal

leadership role.
