The daily lesson plan outlines a science class for 14th week Tuesday that will focus on the life cycle of animals using butterflies as an example. Students will learn about the stages of a butterfly's life cycle from egg to caterpillar to pupa to adult butterfly by observing charts, participating in group activities, and creating their own chart on the butterfly life cycle. The lesson aims to help students understand animal growth and life cycles by the end through various learning activities, skills, and assessment.

Record the changes in the animals’ growth by observing their life cycles
SUCCES CRITERIA Pupils can create a chart on butterfly life cycle
1. Students sing ‘life cycle’ song during the set induction. 2. Ask student to write their question about the growth of butterfly. 3. Ask the students to predict what will happen in activity. 4. Teacher shows a chart about butterfly life cycle by using the big book page 29 and 30. An egg is ready to hatch in one week A caterpillar, or larva can move, and grow ACTIVITIES A caterpillar become a pupa. It form a chrysalis or covering. It doesn’t move or eat After about 14 days, a butterfly comes out chrysalis. 5. Pupils copy both charts on the exercise book 6. In group, pupils carry out exercise in activity book, page 27 . 7. Pupils display the outcome at science corner in the class 8.
