The undersigned will be conducting a study on “Self-Regulated Learning and Student’s


Academic Performance in Online Learning Modality”. This study will help generate relevant
information that will be useful to school administrators, Teachers, Students, and Researchers as
a basis for gathering and planning initiatives in building strategies associating to self-regulated
learning and academic performance of a student. Likewise, this study will contribute to the
understanding of Self-Regulated Learning and Academic Performance among College students
and for future researchers.

learning and Academic performance of students in online modality of St. Peter’s College of Toril
Inc.

consult with him or her when I need help.

If needed, I try to meet my classmates face-to-face.
I am persistent in getting help from the instructor through email.

I summarize my learning in an online course to examine my


understanding of what I have learned.
I ask myself a lot of questions about the course material when studying
for an online course.
I communicate with my classmates to find out how I am doing in my
online class.
