    MINUTES OF THE MEETING

    FEEDING PROGRAM
    TLE Teachers conducted a pre-implementation meeting for a Feeding Program at the
    Library Hub on October 11, 2022 at 2:00 in the afternoon. Participants in the meeting were the TLE
    Teachers and discussed the following agenda:

    1. Participants in the feeding program


    2. Fund and sponsors for the activity
    3. Technical working committee

    During the meeting, the team agreed on the following conditions:


    - The program will be conducted on October 21, 2022 at 9-10:30 a.m. at the SRIS
    covered court.
    - The participants will be the identified “undernourished” grade 7 & 8 learners.
    - Funds will be from the sales of GPP, TLE Teachers, and private donors.
    - Technical working group (attached in the approved Project Proposal)
    - Encourage stakeholders to participate in the program for the preparation and serving
    of food.

    Having nothing else to discuss, the meeting ended at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon.
