Applications (PT02, PT04 & PT05)

1. Disinfection of surfaces, materials, equipment and furniture which are not used for direct contact with food or feeding stuffs by spraying (healthcare
and non-healthcare) or immersion (non-healthcare)(PT02);
2. Disinfection of walls and floors in private, public and professional/ industrial areas (healthcare and non-healthcare)(PT02);
3. Disinfection of equipment, containers, consumption utensils, surfaces or pipework associated with the production, transport, storage or consumption
of food or feed (including drinking water) for humans and animals (PT04);
4. Disinfection of inner surfaces of pipes, tanks, fillers, mixers, and other machines which come in contact with food or feed (including liquids) via CIP
(PT04);
5. Drinking Water Disinfection (PT05)
Instructions: General: First clean surfaces, machinery, equipment and piping systems thoroughly. Rinse used cleansing agents away with pure water.
Remove excess of water. In general, a 10% Aquazix Plus Ag solution can be used, with a contact time of 30 minutes to combat all target organisms. However,
more specific concentrations can be used per target organism: Bacteria (18 % solution – 5 minutes); Yeast & Fungi (18% solution – 15 minutes); Viruses
(virucidal: 6% solution – 5 minutes/ Coronavirus: 3% solution – 30 minutes/ Bovine Enterovirus type 1: 10% solution – 30 minutes).

First apply the general instructions, including cleaning and rinsing. Spray or immerse with a 18% (bacteria, yeast & fungi)/ 6% (full virucidal)/ 3%
(Coronavirus) or 10% (Bovine Enterovirus type 1) solution of Aquazix Plus Ag at 20°C. Use as much liquid as you need to keep the surfaces wet
during the time that the product takes effect. Allow to take effect for at least 5 minutes (bacteria & virucidal)/ 15 minutes (yeast & fungi) or 30
minutes (Coronavirus & Bovine Enterovirus type 1). Rinse thoroughly with pure tap water after treatment.
2. Disinfection of equipment, containers, consumption utensils, surfaces or pipework associated with the production, transport, storage or
consumption of food or feed (including drinking water) for humans and animals & Disinfection of inner surfaces of pipes, tanks, fillers, mixers, and
other machines which come in contact with food or feed (including liquids) via CIP (PT04);

3. Drinking water disinfection
Add the product continuously to the dosing system and maintain a concentration of 10-20 ppm hydrogen peroxide. The concentration can be
measured with hydrogen peroxide test strips.

P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/respiratory protection/eye protection/protective footwear.
P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water.
P304+P340: IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to
do. Continue rinsing.
P403+P233: Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed.
P501: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with regulations on hazardous waste or packaging and packaging waste
respectively.
Safe disposal: Dispose in a safe manner in accordance with local/national regulations. The diluted aqueous solution can be released into drain if it is in accordance
with local regulations; the undiluted waste must not be released into drain. Can be incinerated; when in compliance with the local regulations; rinse package
before disposal. Empty containers that will be returned to the manufacturer must not be rinsed with water. Empty containers must not be reused for other
purposes.
First-aid measures:
By inhalation:
Remove the person affected from the area of exposure, provide with fresh air and keep at rest. In serious cases such as cardiorespiratory failure, artificial
resuscitation techniques will be necessary (mouth to mouth resuscitation, cardiac massage, oxygen supply,etc.) requiring immediate medical assistance.
By skin contact:
Remove contaminated clothing and footwear, rinse skin or shower the person affected if appropriate with plenty of cold water and neutral soap. In serious cases
see a doctor. If the product causes burns or freezing, clothing should not be removed as this could worsen the injury caused if it is stuck to the skin. If blisters form
on the skin, these should never be burst as this will increase the risk of infection.
By eye contact:
Rinse eyes thoroughly with lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes. Do not allow the person affected to rub or close their eyes. If the injured person uses contact
lenses, these should be removed unless they are stuck to the eyes, in which case this could cause further damage. In all cases, after cleaning, a doctor should be
consulted as quickly as possible with the SDS of the product.
By ingestion/aspiration:
Request medical assistance immediately, showing the SDS of this product. Do not induce vomiting, but if it does happen keep the head down to avoid aspiration. In
the case of loss of consciousness do not administer anything orally unless supervised by a doctor. Rinse out the mouth and throat, as they may have been affected
during ingestion. Keep the person affected at rest.
General storage conditions: Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Clean, incombustible, lockable, jointless, smooth concrete floor. Do not store
together with alkalis, reducing agents, metallic salts and combustible substances.
Environment: May not be disposed in drain water. Product is harmful to fishes, toxic to invertebrates (Daphnia) and algae.
