    1. This is to announce the conduct of Monitoring and Evaluation (M8sE)


    relative to the Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE} from August 22-26, 2022 and
    August 29-March 2, 2022.

    2. The activity aims to:


    a. ensure the effective implementation of the K to 12 curriculum
    amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic;
    b. provide necessary information and technical assistance on how
    to manage school readiness and certain situations involving
    COVID-19 and other infecaous diseases; and
    c. oversee the school preparedness and smooth transition from
    various modes of teaching to in person classes.

    3. Attached are the Oplan Balik Eskwela M&E Tool (Attaehmeiit No. 1)
    and Oplan Balik Eskwela Schedule & Monitoring Teams (Attachment No. 2)
    assigned per SDO. Likewise, this communication shall serve as the official
    Travel Authority of all personnel listed in the conduct of Oplan Balik
    zslcwela 2022.
    4. Also, this memorandum reiterates the salient features of RM NO.164,
    s. 2022 titled Prohibiting Lavish Food Preparations and Token-Giving in the
    Conduct of School Monitoring and other Related O&cial Activities.
