PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
To achieve a good knowledge in the practice of property management as well as to gain
experience. However, I do believe in versatility in performing any task is not related to my
field of study and experience. I preferred to work in fairly organized environment where

Conduct daily and monthly safety inspection and train the staff on safety and emergency
procedures in compliance with the existing employee and management system.
Keep record all information and data in the form of blueprints, diagram, manual,
maintenance, record, logs, and journals relevant the efficient operation of the department.
Develop and promote emergency conservation program by monitoring utility cost and
consumption.
Liaison and monitor the standard of work carried out by the contractor engaged by the
hotel ensures that it meet the agreed quality.
Responsible for monitoring, operation and maintenance of electrical system includes Low
Voltage (LV) supply and distribution Uninterrupted Power Supply system (UPS), Integrated
Building Management System (IBMS), Public Address System and Other electrical system
installation / equipment.
Supervision of (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) tasks for chiller and cooling tower and
ensure necessary servicing or maintenance works is conducted accordingly.
Ensure that safety and emergency procedure for guest and employee exceed the
recognized Industry Standard and conform to Local Legal Requirement.
Supervision of all work related in civil engineering (construction and upgrading work)
Inspection of toilet equipment system and ensure in good condition.
Involved in new wiring and control circuit installation and upgrading.
Prepare plan preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule, monthly, report, and record
according to company’s standard and quality standard.
Assist and plan out engineering staff matter like leave, shift duty and etc.
