Operation and Maintenance of Generator, Air Conditioning Plant, Fire plant and
sewage Treatment plant.

Electrical: - Servicing all types of LDB and PDB’s load distribution, servicing of starter panels,
RTCC Panel, APFC Panels, L.T. Panels and H.T. Panels, Transformers.

Electronic: - BMS System, Fire System, Billing System, Car Park Management, and CCTV and
Mechanical parking systems.

General Administration:
- Maintaining an environment that is clean, attractive, and functional for employees and for the equipment and
liaising with Internal & External auditors for audits.
- Design standard operating procedures for all support functions Viz, Housekeeping, Security & M&E Services &
ensure implementation in all sections of facilities .
- Overseeing purchase and procurement in coordination with vendor personnel, initiating purchase orders through
constant follow-ups, maintaining records and ensuring timely receipt of material.
- Signing service level agreement with intra-departments for smooth functioning
- Planning up gradation of property and various engineering equipments at regular intervals, organizing
manpower, maintaining drawings, records, manuals of various engineering system and equipments.
- Overseeing the cafeteria and pantry services, Identifying and negotiating with new vendors, ensuring optimum
services are received from the vendors.
- Overseeing the transport management, drafting, ensuring necessary arrangement for the visitors and clients,

Physical and electronic Security


- Conceptualizing and implementing security policies, procedures and guidelines.

Infrastructure / Facilities Management


- Performing maintenance and preventive repairs to equipment to reach optimal efficiencies thereby extending
equipment life through strategies and methods; ensure the safety and comfort of the Clients and employees.
- Evaluating performance of Facilities support contractors on a day to day basis, providing support in achieving
zero down time of the Electro- Mechanical equipments of the system.

operations. Crisis management, Budgeting, Asset Tracking, Implementation and overseeing proper
completion of Maintenance schedules. Vendor management, negotiation and finalisation. Liaison with
