Delideli, Our gorgeous and result-oriented District Supervisor Dr.
Lalyn D. Quilantang, our Confirmation Speaker, MRS. FRELEN G.
ALARCON Head Teacher III Pagdugue Elementary School, Our very
supportive Punong Barangay, Nelson B. Denamarquez, Hon Delfin B.
Deocos, Chairperson Committee on Education, our very supportive
and dedicated Head Teacher III, Mathias Eugenio D. Piosca, Teaching
staff, PTA Officers headed by our beautiful PTA president Mary Joy
Deriada, dear parents, fellow graduates a pleasant morning to all.

First of all, on behalf of the entire Batch 2023, I would like to

WELCOME you to the 57th Closing Program. It gives a great pleasure
to be chosen to WELCOME you all to this special occasion-the much
awaited Graduation. Today is special because it is a celebration of
another success in life. I want to thank all parents, family and friends
for their love and constant support as well as all the members of
Rosario Elementary School teaching staff for their guidance and
patience; we truly owe you all that we have. The resumption of Face-
to-Face Classes gave a greatest challenge in our lives as learners who
were taught with Distance/modular Learning for two years because
of the COVID-19 pandemic. But with the utmost dedication of our
teachers under the leadership of our new Head Teacher III Mathias
Eugenio D. Piosca who fucoses more on giving us rigid time every day
to spent for classes, and with the implementation of programs that
really develop and enhance our learning skills both in academic and
in sports. With that, THANK YOU AND SALUTE TO ALL OF YOU.

Elementary School has been an unforgettable journey that has

prepared us for our future, whatever it may hold. These past six years
have involved some of the most memorable and influential moments
of our lives. Individually our experiences here are unique, but
together we share a common Bond as members of Batch 2023 and
soon to be called graduates. I am filled with excitement and
anticipation as the next stage in our life is about to begin but without
the support of our parents or guardian and teachers, we may not
have it today. They have been there for us since the beginning,
guiding us, helping us, and watching us grow. They have witnessed us
mature into responsible young adult.

Fellow graduates, I wish you all GOOD LUCK for the coming
years in our lives. May the years to come be kind to all of us and `may
GOD and his wisdom BLESS us with success. Thank you very much
and once again WELCOME and good morning.

Allo me to start this message by reading a Quote from VIOLA

DAVIS who once said: ‘”ALL DREAMS ARE WITHIN REACH. ALL YOU
HAVE TO DO IS KEEP MOVING TOWARDS THEM”.

To our esteemed Guest, Pastor Francis Froilan Romaldon

Delideli, Our District Supervisor Dr. Lalyn D. Quilantang, our
Confirmation Speaker FRELEN G. ALARCON, Head Teacher III
Pagdugue Elementary School, Our very supportive Punong Barangay,
Nelson B. Denamarquez, Hon Delfin B. Deocos, Chairperson
Committee on Education, our very creative and devoted Head
Teacher III, Mr. Mathias Eugenio D. Piosca, Teaching staff, PTA
Officers headed by PTA president Mary Joy Deriada, dear parents,
fellow graduates a pleasant morning to all.

This day is one of monumental importance for a number of

reasons first and foremost it marks the end of an era for Batch 2023
and a new beginning as well. Though our time for elementary has
come to a close, the knowledge and experiences we have gained here
are going to help us in the future. It is also of incredible significance
because it demonstrates the collaborative efforts of so many people
that have allowed us graduates to achieve the incredible success that
it has.

It is because of the efforts of everyone in this place that made it

to SUCCESS. I would like to thank all of you my classmates, parents
and teachers for supporting each one of us on our individual
journeys; no matter how big or small your efforts were, they helped,
and we are all indebted to you. I’d also like to thank the specific
persons who are the biggest reason why I am standing on this stage
speaking to you all this morning. To my dearest Nanay Joy and Lola
Zit thank you for pushing me harder than anyone else and for making
me stronger. I OWE you This medal and it is for you Both.

Despite of the hard time, we are still here STANDING and will
continue to STAND for we know that with PANDEMIC or without. It
can never ruin our future and our DESIRE to become SUCCESSFUL. It
will start from here and we will finish the race of life to prepare
ourselves for a greater battle that may come as we go along to the
more complicated stage of our education the High School and College.

I will never forget my Alma Mater Rosario Elementary School, a

place where I was nurtured, discovered and developed to be a no
longer young Kharl Toby who was timid and shy but with wings that
will spread and conquer all my Fears to create the Best version of
myself in the future.

Above all, my warmest thanks and gratitude to GOD almighty

for all the graces and Blessings. May he will continue to Bless us with
good health and a happy supportive Family for us to reach our Goal.
Once Thank you and good morning.
