    NARRATIVE REPORT on
    ESCODA MEMORIAL CELEBRATION

    Every September, GIRL SCOUT WEEK and Founder's Day are observed. Josefa Llanes

    Escoda's birthday, September 20, falls within this time frame. Founder's Day is marked with Josefa Llanes

    Escoda Memento Ceremonies, in which troops give to the Escoda Memorial Fund. This is how they treat

    their Scouts Own. SCOUT'S OWN is the way the Girl Scouts take time out to ponder on life and God

    through inspirational words and songs. Scout's Own is so named because the Scouts composed/created it

    entirely on their own.

    On September 20, 2023, Biasong Elementary School hosted a momentous and solemn, spiritually uplifting

    exercise commemorating the key attribute of the Girl Scout of the Philippines' founder. The activity began

    at 3:00 p.m. and was attended by all the girl scouts in the area. Starting with the twinkler and working down

    to the ate's of the juniors. Aside from the generous donations of each girl, they have also offered flowers as

    a token of their appreciation to her. The photos will demonstrate how amazing and successful the

    ceremony was.
