I, Rea Michaela Narvaez, on behalf of the 1st-year students of Bachelor of Science in
Agriculture major in Agronomy, am writing to request permission for our upcoming farm visit, scheduled on December 13, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at MBX Grapes Vineyard, Brgy. Tambler, General Santos City. This visit serves as the final requirement for our National Service Training Program (NSTP) Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) course.
A total of 25 students will participate in the farm visit. Rest assured, we will mandate all participants to submit their parents' consent forms. Additionally, careful monitoring will be in place to ensure everyone's best behavior, guaranteeing the safe and successful accomplishment of our activity.
