By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
 Revise present perfect and write 6 sentences using present perfect. (3 affirmative 3 negative)
 Complete sentences with present perfect form correctly. (at least 7 out of 10 questions)

ACTIVITIES
 Write the question “Have you eaten?” on whiteboard. Pick 1 student to answer.Point out that we begin questions in the
PRE-LESSON present perfect with Has or Have. Point out that we contract the negative short answers (hasn't, haven't) but we never
contract the affirmative short answers
1)
 Students listen to teacher’s explanation about todays topic Present Perfect.
 They complete exercise 1 & 2 on pulse2 page 76 verbally.

2)
 Check students’understanding towards the task. (video on youtube)
 Pupils work in pairs to complete exercise 3 page 76 Pulse2.
 Check answers as a class. Highlight the irregular past participle of see-saw-seen
3)
 Put students into groups
 They need to write 3 sentences using present perfect (affirmative) and 3 sentences using present perfect (negative)
LESSON  Listen to a few groups as a class.
DEVELOPMENT

 In pairs,students write on a sticky note about what they have/haven’t done in life.
POST-LESSON  They will exchange their sticky notes and read aloud to share with the class.
