    Criteria for Spot GD 10 marks:

    1. Each group will consist of 6-7 members


    2. Time allotted (18 minutes):
    a. 5 minutes for reading the case,
    b. 10 minutes for discussion &
    c. 3 minutes of Q&A
    3. Each group will be assigned a topic on the spot
    4. Date of Spot GD: 31 Sept – 5 Oct 2024
    5. Dress code: corporate formals
    6. GD will be conducted during the class and tutorial session.
    7. Any member who remains absent for the assigned day can join
    another group to complete the GD, only after prior permission from
    faculty
    8. The decision of the faculty shall be final.
    9. The rubrics for GD can be seen in the next page.

    Evaluation criteria (10 marks):

     Conduct
     Leadership
     Reasoning and communication
     Listening
     Awareness
    Group Discussion Rubrics (10 marks) – range of scores
