May I have the honor to submit to your good office my District Innovation entitled: “___________________________________________________________________________ ______________” of Opol District, during the School Year 2020-2021.
This action research entitled “Strengthening Community Partnership to
Improve Parents’ Participation in the New Normal”, conducted and submitted by Imelda B. Mandapitan, Teacher II, Cauyonan Integrated School, District of Opol, this division, in fulfilment to the requirements in the conduct of research has been examined and recommended for approval and acceptance.

VIII, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
This innovation aims to assist the school heads in
communication one another through the used of district channel in
the District of Opol, Misamis Oriental Division during the School
Year 2020-2021. Thus, the result of this innovation will be the
basis for designing a district plan for easier communication and
transmitting of reports even in distance from the district office.
Specifically, this innovation seeks to answer the following
goals:
1. To improve the district’s way of communicating and
disseminating information.
2. To generate reports, data, and information coming from each
school in the district, and;
3. To fast track the submission of school reports in the higher
offices.
The objectives are the following:
1. To notify and inform teachers and school heads regarding
coming activities and reports to be submitted.
2. To cater teachers and school heads’ concerns and
suggestions.
3. To bridge the gap among teachers, school heads and
supervisor; and
4. To create a good and harmonious relationship to all.
IX. ACTIVITIES
1. Created a chat group in the messenger.
2. Organized the expected members of the chat group.
3. Posted announcements in the chat group for a virtual meeting
using
google meet and MS teams (links are also posted)
4. Reminded school heads to fast-track reports.
5. Shared words of encouragement to inspire all members.
6. Encourage school heads and teachers to raise their concerns
and queries.
7. Solicited ideas from everyone to come up best solutions.
8. Posted what-to-do- list for everyone to be guided.
