and follow the basic restoration movement of where the Bible speaks, we speak; where the Bible is silent, we are silent. N o creed but Christ, no book, but the Bible. No pleas, but the Gospel, and no name, but the Divine. We look forward to seeing you and your family in attendance at any of our services. We invite you to come grow with us at Grandview.

We are an instrumental, non-denominational group of believers. The Bible is our soul authority and guide. We are a family-oriented church and many of the activities we do will include the whole family. Last year a group went to the Wilds and this year we are planning fishing trips, picnics and some community projects along with the Scout Troop 160. We send a group of kids each year to Elkhorn Valley Christian Service Camp. Our minister has been preaching for 17 years mostly in Ohio and some churches in Spring City, Tenn. and at Pigeon Forge, Tenn. for Barnabus Ministeries, directed by Denny Coburn. He does revivals and special talks and loves to share the word of God wherever he goes. He and his wife Ellen have lived in the area since 2005 and love to travel. We do have a website on Facebook for our church. Just go to Facebook and type in the search box Grace Church of Christ. God has blessed us in a mighty way in the short time we have been here. We have a very active food pantry and have helped in other ways as well as when the needs arise. Our main purpose is to reach out to the lost, those who are not saved and bring them the good news of Jesus and the salvation He offers to those who believe because we are living in the last days and Christ will come soon so we need to prepare ... are you ready? We also plan to walk with other churches on April 6 at 11:15 a.m. for the Passion Walk starting near McDonalds traveling down Main Street to the Catholic Church. We will have a Sunrise Service at 8 a.m. on April 8 with refreshments to follow. If you are looking for a church to call home, give us a try, more importantly, give Jesus a try. He can make a big difference in your life.

Psalm 100
1 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth. 2 Worship the LORD with gladness; come before 3
songs. Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his [a]; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

You are cordially invited to come and worship with the Laings Church of Christ. We strive to worship the Lord Jesus Christ in spirit and in truth each week by praying, singing a capella, preaching from Gods Word and weekly observing the Lords Supper. Our worship times are Sundays at 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. We offer Bible classes for all ages on Sundays at 9:45 a.m. and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. The members of the Laings Church of Christ believe Jesus is Lord and Savior and that being a Christian is a way of life! Members of the Church of Christ have been meeting in the community of Laings, Ohio since December 31, 1911. It began with five families meeting in the Green Township building and in 1937 the group moved to a larger building across the street. Since 1998, the congregation has been meeting in its newest, most spacious facility in its history, sitting on top of a hill just off State Route 255. Our current Evangelist is Mark T. Tonkery who has been working with the congregation since 2008. The Laings congregation will be having its Spring Gospel Meeting with Robert Taylor Jr. of Ripley, Tennessee April 29 thru May 4, 2012. The congregation will also be offering Vacation Bible School for children of all ages and will have classes for the adults. This years Vacation Bible School will be June 3-7 at 7 p.m. each evening
