What is corporate governance?
Corporate governance is the corner stone of any good
business. It encompasses the processes, practices and policies
that a company relies on to make formal decisions and to manage
the company.
The term "corporate sustainability" describes a new corporate
management model. It can also fall under the broader term
"environmental, social governance" (ESG).
Corporate sustainability emphasises growth and profitability
through intentional business practices where the goal is to provide
long-term value for stakeholders without compromising people,
the planet, or the economy.
