I don't know if anyone has pointed this out before, but I can't stop noticing how, after Rio tells Agatha 'that boy isn't yours,' Agatha takes a moment to really look at her. She moves away slightly, her gaze slowly tracing Rio’s features—starting from her eyes, then drifting down to her chin, lips, nose, and then back up again. It’s almost as if, in that moment, she’s seeing their son in Rio’s face. And the way Rio looks at Agatha—completely lost in her, so utterly in love—it's just too much… I’m going to cry😭😭😭
it’s so funny to me that people are saying that the show killed passenger princess eddie. for me this episode solidified the passenger princess eddie agenda. that man should not be behind the wheel and buck knows it. buck also loves driving him around but that’s unrelated.
Thinking about all the posts that talk about how Buck, through Eddie’s eyes, is mature and grounded and is reliable and honest, and thinking about Buck in every one of his previous romantic relationships and how he was, well none of those things. And how it’s because Buck doesn’t have to be anything but himself with Eddie. He doesn’t have to worry about the things he says and he doesn’t have to worry about losing Eddie. He doesn’t have to try and be someone he isn’t. The Buck who Eddie sees is Buck. He’s Buck at his most honest self. All because Eddie saw it already, saw it before Buck could prove it true, and Eddie decided to trust him, trusted him after half a shift of Buck hating him no less, and so Buck can trust himself, and be himself. With Eddie.

We’re not sure about them, but we sure are a buddy- to our planet! To learn more about how to be an eco-friend, just ask!
thanks weather channel whats the forecast on bucktommy
Category 5 Major Hurricane Eddie continues to pose a major threat to the entire Bucktommy region. The NHC has advised authorities to emphasize that anyone residing along the coast or in poorly built homes inland should evacuate as soon as possible. Be sure to continue watching The Weather Channel for the latest forecast and updates for your area.
i thought hurricane eddie was confined to the texas region i wont lie
Initial forecast models indicated that, but the most recent run shows a direct landfall in the Bucktommy region. Even if a last minute wobble takes it away from being in the direct path, destructive winds and flooding will be felt well outside the landfall area. Again, be sure to follow us on social media and tune in to The Weather Channel for the latest forecast!
The what
Eddie gives Buck a gift that he hopes will make it clear how he fits into their lives. How he has a home with them forever if he wants it.
And the why
Once upon a time I had hopes the the St Christopher medal would be involved in a love declaration and this is what was created from that. An early fic that I couldn’t actually remember what happened when I got a comment on it this week, I nervously had a little re-read and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Almost like the writer knows my taste 😉
One for the shelves- an older one this time but on a re read I did today thanks to a nice comment I decided it held up well enough and deserved a spot on the shelf and a mood board which might entice a few people to give it a read. Full of fluff feelings and a first kiss. Here’s a little taste 💜
Eddie looks at the box. It looks innocent enough, a small black rectangle nestled in his hand. Nothing remarkable about it. Nothing to suggest it might be dangerous. He’s had it a while, takes it out regularly, sometimes he opens it sometimes he doesn’t. He knows what’s inside regardless.
He’s tried to do this before, he’d used words then, but they’d been too clumsy and his meaning had remained unclear. Buck had listened to him but he hadn’t heard him. He hadn’t understood him.
Buddie | explicit | 3.3k Phone sex, sweat as lube, dirty talk, Masturbation
Almost like he’s been summoned, Eddie’s phone lights up, a picture of Buck holding a halligan like a weapon filling the screen. Oh fuck. He can’t answer a FaceTime from Buck right now, can he? He almost ignores it, but then he thinks about a month’s worth of FaceTime calls and years of calls and shifts and hangouts before that and he groans, this time a mix of pleasure and frustration and he strokes himself again before he stops moving his hand and answers the call with the other one. “Remember that time when we went to the Dodgers game and we couldn’t find my Jeep after we left?” Buck says instead of hello when Eddie answers. “It took us like an hour to figure out we were on the wrong side of the stadium and — woah Eddie, you’re all red. It must be really fucking hot there, huh?”
I'm ALIVE and writing Buddie again!! Tags under the cut. Let me know if you want to be added or removed :)
Eddie tries to resist. He really does. Because he knows Buck is probably exhausted. They had a busy shift. All Eddie did was drive people around. But he finds himself reaching for his phone, unlocking it and casting a glow into the dark room.
This fic now has a title: where do all the cowboys run. It doesn't have anything to do with the song I named it after, I just liked the lyrics as a title
My plan to finish before tomorrow did not work. It was supposed to be 10k. Is now 20k... might end up 30k...
Eddie reaches up, touching Buck’s cheek, “You’re getting a sunburn. You literally just used sunscreen.”
“You’re too hot for the sunscreen, babe,” Buck says, grinning.
Eddie huffs and stops to grab the sunscreen from his bag, “I swear, you’re like Snow White. I’m half expecting animals to come out and talk to you.”
Buck snorts, “I wish.”
“Come here,” Eddie says. Buck patiently leans forward, letting Eddie smear yet another layer of sunscreen on his face.
“You’re such a dad,” Buck complains, “Not even Bobby would put this much sunscreen on me.”
“Yes, he would,” Eddie replies, “He’s seen how red you turn in the sun. It’s like you’re camouflaging as a fire truck.”
“I do get a great tan after it, though,” Buck says, grinning.
Eddie hums, “Sure, Buck.”
“You’re making me look like Olaf,” Buck says, looking cross-eyed at his now white nose.
“I’d rather date Olaf the snowman than Sebastian the lobster,” Eddie says easily.
Buck sighs. Yeah, he walked right into that one. Eddie chuckles at him own joke, making Buck smile as well. “You’re ridiculous.”

And here’s a fun little bit of what is potentially but not definitely the last chapter of Evan with a B… what’s happening to Buck now!
He yells the message back through the door as he starts running, needing to find a bush to bury his unfortunate victim under. He feels terribly guilty about it all but he has more pressing concerns right now.
Anyone want to share a tidbit go ahead and tag me

I am still unwell (physically...mentally...emotionally...it's a rough go right now) but I really really want to edit and post this story this week. Because it's been hanging around for a while, dammit. Anyways. Here you go.
He sits on the steps with his blanket, eats his pathetic dinner of canned beans. Mostly he plays with them. This depression of his own is impacting his appetite, and Buck knows that isn’t good. He needs to stay strong. For him and for Eddie. Mostly for Eddie. “Goodnight.” Buck calls out when the chill is too much for him to remain out there. “I…” The words lodge in his throat. He has to force them out. “I love you, Eddie.” Shoulders hanging low, Buck slumps back inside of the cabin and crawls into his bed, pulling the blankets tightly around himself. It doesn’t take long to slip into a dreamless sleep.
