"A New Hybrid...?" (Hungry Lamu Universe Fancomic)
So, it looks like our protagonists of "Hungry Lamu," "Seamongrel," and "Porkbound" have come across a new animal-human hybrid! ... And it's... CUTE?! Surprisingly well-behaved, too... Man, how come no one's actually gotten the idea to make a fanfic nor the actual creator a game where part of the main cast is a transformed human still with said humanity? ... I gotta get writing, ja? By the way, "Hungry Lamu" didn't have an "official" protagonist, just "you," so I gave them an appearance and name: a young man by the name of Markson.
I also have officially settled on this style of comic/making: solid white characters against grayed backgrounds, gray shading where necessary, color when most important for the eyes to see... Unfortunately, my only concern is when it comes to characters who are supposed to have a darker skin complexion, like Aaron (the "Porkbound" protagonist with the boxing gloves). Then again, you can draw hair frizzy and all that with just line art, and I think most people would agree that if I genuinely got called a "white-washer" or "racist" over this... Yeah, I can already hear the comments: "Ignore them, Claire, they don't even know what grass feels like."
