said with a completely monotone. completely unclear if he's attempting a joke or being serious. the PR person is also afraid of him
actually i think itachi would really enjoy being the hokage's spouse. zero direct responsibility for murderous ninja stuff but he still gets to order people around. indulges in his fantasy of a quiet home life by hiring genin teams to clean buying premade meals and takeout for meals leaving his child with minakushi or his parents while he goes and does something insane maintaining the home. freedom to go fuck off on a self-assigned mission bc his wife is like "you got kushina jr a babysitter? fine then"

i wrote that in as a whim but i think it would be really funny if there was just like. every 3-5 years the uchiha just decide to plan a coup. you have to let them though. that's their enrichment.
when i was in elementary school i bought a book at a book fair because it had a cartoon skeleton on the cover and i thought that was rad. it turned out to be about a girl moving in with her dad (or maybe an uncle?) and her dad is just. he's just like. he's a skeleton. and i was inexplicably terrified by this book. it was the scariest thing i had ever read

For the last time dude, my leitmotif sounds exactly like it always has. There is no symbolism for creeping corruption in there
i do google myself occasionally and what has happened more than once is someone brings up plasticity and then someone else will recommend @tozettastone's dirt and ashes as similar/related
but? they are not THAT similar?? d&a is one of my favorite fics but i would only recommend it alongside plasticity as a very general "if you like akatsuki and hidan in particular--"
