💗➡️ Link to my original pinned post ⬅️💗 I also want to add that #2 of Sunbird's 20, my personal flock of 20 (21) campaigns that I've adopted: the lovely and brave and steadfast Hilda Nasr of Gaza, @hildanasr1 is going to have to gracefully close her original campaign soon due to her original "beneficiary" bowing out (through no fault of her own). So she'll be starting from a clean slate, and I'll be assisting with the new campaign. So that will make *five*. Hilda said: Are you sure you can do this? I said: Don't worry. The jump in difficulty from 4 to 5 campaigns is nowhere near as hard as it was to make the jump from 0 to 1. We'll get through this together. Help a young man from Palestine mantain his cat

My friend Hamada @hamadagaza-2003 has found a stray cat and has decided to keep it, but he will need to buy implements such as food, toys, as well supplies for her sleep & toilet. it's very surreal to see posts about palestine dwindling down after the ceasefire. israel is still blocking aid to and trying to make life difficult for palestinians in gaza. we still have to continue to speak up about gaza.

in this ceasefire, many palestinians are trying to rebuild in attempts to try and return to what they had before the genocide. despite the heavy and unbearable loss of life that gaza has experienced, her people continue to try to make a better world for their children.

We live under siege, under bombing, under hunger that no one should ever feel.

My stomach is empty, but what breaks me more is when I see my son hungry… and I have nothing to give.

So, I hope you can help me evacuate my family from Gaza so that my child can get treatment abroad.

I ask everyone who sees this to donate or contribute so that we can get out of this nightmare.

I am so thankful that most of my Palestinian family members have survived, but the fact that some of them didn't (one of whom was a child only fifteen when he died) will weigh on my soul forever. And even through that suffering I know I am fortunate, for many more people have lost their families entirely, and even more have been killed. There isn't anything I can say that hasn't been already said, but please keep Palestinians in your heart in the coming days, and in the years after. Don't forget what has happened.

And I am even more fortunate that my family has the means and connections to rebound after this travesty. Many families do not have this luxury. Consider turning your attentions to those who need urgent help, such as this family, who is not even 20% to their goal.
