**The Long Walk Home**

After 15 months of uncertainty, the announcement of a ceasefire came like a distant echo, a brief glimpse of hope amidst the chaos. For me, it meant the chance to return home—to Gaza City, her heart still beating for the streets, the people, the life that had been torn apart.

With only a small bag in hand, I’m, along with family and hundreds of others, began the long, grueling walk from the southern parts of Gaza, where I and my family had sought refuge. The roads, once familiar, were now filled with debris and destruction. There were no vehicles, no taxis to ease the journey. Only the sound of footsteps, the soft sobs of children, and the occasional murmur of prayers.

The scorching heat made the walk unbearable. We trudged through the ruins, each step more painful than the last. Ten kilometers. It felt like an eternity. I feet were raw, my body exhausted, but the thought of home, of the family and friends I had left behind, kept my moving forward.

As we passed what used to be neighborhoods, I couldn’t help but gasp. Buildings that had once stood tall were now nothing more than crumbled shells of concrete, twisted metal, and broken glass.

Where were the houses, the shops, the familiar faces?

We passed by what used to be a lively market, now reduced to ashes and shattered stone. A small boy in front of mine was crying, his face covered in dirt. His mother, too tired to comfort him, merely whispered soothing words, though they held little weight in a world so broken.

My thoughts drifted back to my friends. Jameel, who had been my closest companion since childhood, was nowhere to be found. The war had taken so much from us. Families, homes, lives—everything seemed to be swallowed by the endless violence

(##167 on the verified fundraiser list by el-shab-hussein and nabulsi) (but we had to make a new gfm campaign cuz our old organizer stopped contacting us).

PLEASE MY FRIENDS, WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO ESCAPE THIS DANGER AND FIND SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.

EVERY LITTLE CONTRIBUTION HELP.

I am Ahmed Wahdan, and I provide food and water to the displaced people in Gaza. In these difficult times, I need your support to provide the basic necessities of life to more than 3,000 families.

*Please, if you are able, donate to this noble cause or share this message with others.* Even if your contribution is small, it makes a big difference in the lives of the affected families

The ceasefire has not ended the hunger, nor has it restored what the war destroyed. Families are still in urgent need of food and water. *Every donation, no matter how small, will help bring hope to our people in Gaza

Let us stand together to lift the suffering of our brothers and sisters. *Remember, every small action can have a significant impact

Please, please donate to this cause if you can; it does no harm to you and it does the opposite for people in need. If you feel comfortable, please do consider donating. The ceasefire has not ended the hunger that’s resulted from it

✅️Vetted by @gazavetters, my number verified on the list is ( #440 )✅️

Please🚨 raise the hashtag share it. Your support means a lot

14 year old ahmed waleed is in gaza and has to start a new fundraiser because he is unable to contact the person who was organising his previous gofundme. he is starting a new fundraiser from scratch. he needs to buy a tent as his current one is torn and cannot protect him from the cold and winter has started in gaza.

his fundraiser has been verified and is number 167 on el-shab-hussein and nabulsi's list of verified fundraisers. you can help him by donating or sharing his fundraiser. you can read his story in his own words here.

**Time is Running Out**

Imagine enduring a harsh winter in a tent made of tarpaulin, with nothing to shield you from the elements.

Every day brings the threat of freezing temperatures, and rainwater can flood our small space, putting us at risk of drowning. The cold can lead to serious health issues, such as chest infections and chronic illnesses.

I am pleading for help to save my family from this life-threatening situation.

Please, we need your support to escape this danger and find a safe place to live.

Ahmad is a CHILD begging for his life on here, please help him!!

Even if you can only share a small amount, that can add up if many people help! Something is always better than nothing!!

🕊️🇵🇸 A Mother's Cry from Gaza: From the Heart of Fear and Suffering 🚨🍉!
Dear friends and compassionate souls on Tumblr !

After more than a year and 2 months of this war and genocide, and after the circumstances became more difficult and we were unable to provide the simplest needs due to the lack of basic food needs and the high prices, I was forced to run this campaign on the GoFundMe website and I hope to God that it will be a path of goodness, provision and compensation for me and my family 🍉🕊️.

  • We lost security, which is the most important human right. Read the sentence again, yes, security! Which we were deprived of for a whole year (365 full days!) and the days are still increasing!!
  • Now I am exhausted from the number of times we have been displaced to different areas of the Strip! And I don't want this to happen to us again, what we have seen and experienced is enough!
  • I am also tired from seeing my daughter Sally putting her hand on her heart every time she hears the sound of bombing and crying from the horror of what we hear!! It's a really bad feeling guys, I hope none of you ever have to go through it 😞..
  • My health and psychological condition have deteriorated while I am pregnant and I worry about how my child will come into this cruel world, but it is God’s will on this earth, so praise be to God for everything ❤️..

This is our life is between the past and the present !!

Where it was full of beautiful moments, wonderful trips and delicious food, but now everything around us is destruction, fear, displacement, migration, bad memories and exorbitant prices, we are unable to confront it 💔😞..

In this difficult time. The past 15 months of displacement and famine have exacerbated our suffering and unbelievable difficulties. We have used all the sad words to describe the situation we have reached, but these words were not enough. The scale of the tragedy and suffering is much greater than what you may have seen on social media.

There is only fear that fills my daughter's eyes as soon as she hears the sounds around us. She does not realize what is happening outside, but she feels it and sees it in our eyes when she looks at us.

I cannot protect myself, my children. Help me save my children. They deserve a better life, as do all the children of Gaza and the world. Alone, I can't do it, but with your help we can find a safe place and a better future for my children 🥺🇵🇸.

Be the reason for changing a child's life for the better by visiting our link. And donate to us with anything, no matter how small... Every dollar makes a difference and gives us a good life 💕🕊️.

Hi everyone, it’s Bisan from Gaza, I am still alive Alhamdullah.. it’s been 107 days of genocide, 15 weeks, 2568 hours of killing us, taking over our homes and lands in Gaza Strip, and forcing us to choose between leaving or death.. and sometimes we can’t even choose.. the Israeli air strikes simply kill us without any warnings. Now, we are without any connection, neither the internet nor the cellular, we can’t reach each other’s inside Gaza, we don’t know if our families and friends are alive or not, wounded or not.. still in their places or not! We take hours of walking and searching to reach someone, while moving became very risky! We can’t reach to you as well! The footage, information and news from Gaza are not reaching you as before because the Israeli army intentionally destroyers the signal towers and the servers, even using the E-SIM requires being in a high place which is very risky!. I borrowed this vest to upload this post! I am not scared of death, but of being displaced, scared of losing my family or friends, scared of being wounded and can’t have my treatment because the health system is collapsed in Gaza, and to die in pain! I am not scared of the destruction.. I lost my work place.. my home and my family work place and source of income, I am terrified of being killed by an occupier, and to be forgotten, one oppressed Bisan of a whole occupied people. The strongest governments and weapons manufacturers are supporting this genocide against my people, and you are our only hope! STRIKE globally and call for a ceasefire! Strike, protest, stop the economic movements and make pressure on your countries to stand against this and stop it, if ISRAhell don’t find the financial and weapons support, or governments to hide their crimes they will be forced to stop the genocide! Go to the streets, protest and Globally strike for a week, (21-28) January! YALLA Brave and free people of the world, CEASEFIRE NOW!
