New intro

Hey y'all finally got around to doing it for this blog.

This is my main and @wyked-ao3 has been demoted to the backup blog for when this one acts up (meaning if one account ain't working I'm probably over on the other one until the shadow ban or glitch has decided to leave the party)

This blog is mostly for whatever I find funny or infinitive it will be mixed, random and totally unorganized.

Side blogs are

@wyked-original-writing for my original writing projects and updates. You can tag it or this account @wyked-rebellion for any games or writing shares ❀️‍πŸ”₯

@wyked-fandom is where I post anything fandom related or potentially nerd out about shows or books...we will see currently on a bit of a Stargate kick again but SPN, Hannibal and fantastic beast will probably show up over there as well.

@wyked-fanfiction is my blog for fanfiction writing and writing share or updates on fanfiction related things but ahh I haven't posted much over there yet but I'm trying to build a habit of updating it as well.

It's frustrating that you can come up with the plot of an entire fic in just a few seconds, but writing it all down can take anywhere from never to forever.

someone on twitter is trying to claim that use of an em-dash is an indication of AI-generated writing because it’s β€œrelatively rare” for actual humans to use it. skill issue

I can admit this is a little out of hand, but I promise AI didn't write my 150k fic πŸ˜‚

Reblog if you're a human that uses em-dashes

Reblog if you're a human that overuses em-dashes

I think being an author means fighting imaginary demons (future plot points/character deaths) on a piece of work nobody’s read so if you try to tell anyone about it you just sound like an incoherent mess

How am I only just learning this!?

Wait

IT WORKS

Is this new???? I've been wanting wildcard relationship search for YEARS 😍😍😍

My multishipping ass is about to go ham...

helpful info for those who need it

Explanation of what this does for anyone confused!

Realizing the writing doesn't have to be done alone and is often more fun and more engaging when you're doing it with friends is a life changing experience.

I don't mean co-writing either. I mean having a friend or two who you talk through plot ideas with, who you bounce ideas off of, who you trust to tell you if something doesn't work.

Nothing is created in a vacuum and nothing can be created alone. Sharing drafts and ideas is a vital part of the creative process and it's a really fun part too.
