functions like giving information, making investigation, providing society a public forum, mobilization, and democratic education. The main purpose of this essay is to answer the question of “how is the nature of media in India? and “what kind of relationship does Indian
media have in political life?”
India has a developing media scene, with thousands of outlets in multiple languages. Media in India has been throughout most of its history, even before establishment of Indian empire. India has a multi-party parliamentary democracy and media as in other democracies has a key role in Indian democracy. India has got the second-largest
newspaper market in the world market, with daily newspapers having a circulation of over 241 million copies as of 2018. The media of India is regarded as left-leaning liberal, especially the English-language media. The Press Council of India be a tool for the press to regulate itself. It has the function of ensuring that the Indian press is free.
In this essay, the main media actors in India will be addressed with a special emphasis on the structure of the media. It is known that, the print media, and the television media are largely family-owned. On the other hand, it should also be noted that, in the years between
2014-2019 the media use in India has become widespread. The Indian public sphere is increasingly mediated not just by conventional media like TV, print, online, and radio but by technology as well

In today’s world, the legal mechanisms should be revised according to the emergence of cyberspace and in line with the activities performed on online platforms. The rise of internet technologies paved the way for new types of activities in trade, education and state security management. For example, the digitalization of trade relations has paved the way for the strengthening of the importance of cybersecurity. This research aims to put light on the concepts of “cyberspace” and “cybersecurity” with a special focus on legal analysis vis-a-vis cybersecurity issues. The main argument is that, there is a vital need to build a new legal framework for governing cyberspace and fighting online threats and crimes.

Working bibliography
Annotated bibliography
A working bibliography “lists all the sources that you might use in your research essay. It is a “working” document in two ways. For one thing, it will change throughout the research process—expanding each time you add a potentially useful source and contracting when you omit sources that turn out to be less relevant than you anticipated” (Source: https://wwnorton.com/college/english/write/writesite/rhetoric/writing_lit/D3a-creating-bibliography.aspx )
An annotated bibliography is “a list of citations for various books, articles, and other sources on a topic. The annotated bibliography looks like a Works Cited page but includes an annotation after each source cited. An annotation is a short summary and/or critical evaluation of a source. Annotated bibliographies can be part of a larger research project, or can be a stand-alone report in itself.” (Source: https://columbiacollege-ca.libguides.com/mla/annot_bib )
