A story so infuriatingly dumb, it makes Fallout 4's discussion around synths look like genre-defining literature.
Besides the humongous plot holes, one thing that makes me chuckle here is how sci-fi worlds are obsessed with the idea that humans would not only become slaves to some specific product but that we would BLINDLY TRUST said product; downright refuse the possibility of it having a defect. Ask any person who works regularly with a printer, and they probably carry a Glock in case the infernal contraption has any funny thoughts.

I was rooting so hard for this one. Even got an overpriced bag of chips to keep me company on that empty theater session. How hard can Bong Joon Ho miss, right? He already made Snowpiercer, so a dark comedy with social commentary is hardly out of his league.

I bestow thee the title of worst horror movie I have ever been subjected to. And that is saying something, because the previous champion, 'Old', was so bad I vowed to never again watch any of Shyamalan's new works.
In 10 years, we will look back on this stream of horror movies seemingly made for TikTok teens as an embarrassing blemish on the genre, akin to the slew of piss-poor found footage back in the 2000s.
