Very fun watch until the last 2/3 episodes. The ending felt me leaving extremely unsatisfied mainly because of the fact that it stayed closer to what the "real-world" people in these situations would have done of doing everything in their power to keep the awful status-quo. I want to escape that, not be reminded rich and powerful people will just get away with everything.

This went hard af. Loved that the villains were a pretty realistic, cookie cutter representation of the "low wisdom, world police" American you'd expect. Wonderful extrapolation of what could happen with A.I advancements and the growth of imperialistic fascism and creating an enemy that was never there that the West/United States is currently seeing today.
That kid was seemingly born to act. Scripting needed to reach heights of emotions for JDW's lead especially, but kept relatively flat through out: -½ ⭐
