Strange Darling 2023
Well acted and the creative narrative structure made peeling away more layers exciting. There is a pulp quality here that feels very fresh and different. Some well done, nasty effects and gore.
I'm baffled by the reads of this movie as misogynistic. I was pleasantly surprised by how much it played with the usual gender dynamics in the thriller genre.
