  Of the Tati films I’ve seen, this is the one with the most defined (yet still very simple) plot. Maybe I’m needy for wanting one but it goes a long way in giving the film something to hang its set pieces on. Perhaps it’s because of this that I seemed to laugh more here too. As with his other flicks, it’s got a really beautiful style and the colours are gorgeous
