  I really liked it!

  A blend of Nosferatu shadows, Exorcist vibes from Van Helsing and a red eyed creature from Rosemary's baby.

  Gary Oldman is obviously the star of the movie!
  On the other hand, Keanu Reeves is really bad...

  In general a very good psychological portrayal of a classic horror figure.

  The movie starts and it is so beautiful… It gets inside the male psyche.

  You know that He is suffering for his broken marriage. You actually get inside his head. You are watching his thoughts as flashbacks of his relationship with his ex. You are constantly listening to his thoughts about the way he was evolving and growing up as a man, as a husband and as a writer with his wife. They loved each other so much.

  Respect!!!
  This movie captures the power of the human face and it conveys the feelings, the beliefs and the goals of every character by examining their facial expressions.
  The set is amazing. It gives a sense of imprisonment and captivity of Joan’s soul. The torture chamber is creepy as hell… (Production designer Hermann Warm also worked in The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari)
