"If something's strange in the neighborhood, who you gonna call? GHOSTBUSTERS!"

The original Ghostbusters doesn't overcomplicate the formula for a successful film. Ghostbusters was weird in the sense that it was very wholesome as a movie, but without necessarily wholesome characters within it. The music and score was very enjoyable and it still is iconic. However, some of the CGI didn’t age well but it retains a degree of charm and nostalgic vibes to it. While very different from your…

    “Lead Them To Paradise”

Dune: Part Two is a stunning sequel, taking a solid step from the previous film without losing pace. The cinematography is truly out of this world and beyond stunning. As are the visual effects and sound design. Holy shit. The pacing worked better for me here than in the first, there’s a whole lot of story to get through, but it never feels rushed, finding the time to develop its characters and their relationships to each…

    Round 2 baby!!!

Even better than the first time, and I felt even more devastated after this.

Oppenheimer is a deconstruction of the Great Man of History biopic. It may just have one of the best third acts in history.

“You failed and you've bored me. And the worst part is, I'm still fucking hungry.”

God, this movie is so beautiful. The cinematography is eye-catching and I never properly noticed how well they shot the food and the island of Hawthorn. Even if I ignore how well cinematographer Peter Deming shot this movie, it’s still a work of art. It’s funny, it’s intense, well acted, the score is perfect and the movie overall was cooked to perfection.

Please, watch The Menu. It’s one of my favorite movies of all time and I highly recommend it to you if you already haven’t seen it.
