  *trance music intensifies*

  If you are talking about the male and female gaze this was definitely for the female gaze and I loved it. Hard to even explain this movie, but it’s fast paced, back and forth between present and past, love triangle/throuple/queered friendship, rivalries, jealousies, and incredible amount of shirtless twink men (and more), and oh yeah a bit of a tennis drama to wrap everything in a bow. Also a driving electronic soundtrack cowritten by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross that give the whole thing an extra sleek and sexy vibe.

  Jane Russel and Marilyn Monroe board a cruise ship full of the Olympic team, rich old men, and private detectives. Whimsical romantic comedy/musical mostly focusing on the girls as they use their brains and feminine charms to outplay all the men. Not much in story but I laughed out loud at a few spots. The real star here is the visuals. Monroe is an iconic beauty of course…

  4k Disc looks amazing. 
  To quote another reviewer “most of the segments revolve around the grossest guys you’ve ever seen getting the greatest pussy in the galaxy”. He gave it a 3.5 but to me that’s hilarious and it’s a 5 star all the way. 

  Yeah the Loc Nar is sort of a mcguffin used to loosely connect the stories even though sometimes it has almost no implication on that segment but still the overall presentation, vibe, and style is top tier.

  I know this was made for children but this is a monument to greed and delusional parents of child influencers. Ryan acts like he would rather be doing anything else.
