Skeleton Crew was a really formative horror anthology for me growing up. Along with Rod Serling, it really helped draw me into the absurd, the existential, the strange which shapes my taste to this day. Naturally, I've been waiting for a good adaptation of The Monkey since I was roughly 13 years old.
