  Such a disappointment. Not only does Tenet have the worst dialogue of any Nolan film by some margin but that same groan-inducing dialogue makes up the vast majority of the films runtime. As expected Tenet looked nice and the final action sequence was pretty cool but the 2 hours leading up to it were just saturated with unbearably poor writing from someone capable of so much better.

  I was worried before seeing Infinity War last night. I was worried there were too many characters to include, I was worried Thanos would be a disappointment and I was worried that it would descend into a relentless 2 and a half hour punch up. Luckily I had very little to be worried about. Infinity War turned out to be one of the funniest, most well crafted and thematically tight Marvel films to date.

  Lady Bird 2017

  I wasn't sure going in that Lady Bird would live up to the hype I'd seen around it especially considering it isn't normally the kind of film I would love but wow this is a special film. Every element of it worked together perfectly to create a film that felt incredibly real and credit for that I think has to go to Gerwig and the cast. The small details in the film are what makes it so believable and true…
