The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die 2023

Ehhh, not great.
As much as I wanted to sing its praises, this was pretty disappointing. The Last Kingdom was probably my favourite historical guilty pleasure show, and I watched it from its premiere in 2015 to the airing of its final season in early 2022. It has its highs and lows, but I do think it’s overall of a very high quality as far as historical drama shows go.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story 2016
Flawed, but definitely a guilty pleasure film of mine. I remember enjoying this quite a bit when I saw it in theatres; I like how this one puts the ‘war’ back in Star Wars, so to speak. Either way, it’s still arguably the most rewatchable and least aggravating of the live action Disney Star Wars movies, though that’s not saying much.
