  The end credits scene slaps! I never thought I’d see a camp dance scene directed by Noah Baumbach… although didn’t he write Madagascar 3?

  Submarine is so charming. To my surprise, by the end of the film I felt really emotional. Each character spoke true to characters in my own life and family but with some comedic exaggeration. Submarine is a master-class in cutting, sound and cinematography for comedy. I wish I had discovered this film sooner as I can see my teen self watching this film on repeat.
