Haven’t seen this in almost 8 years and it might as well have been my first time watching.
It’s mind boggling that humans are smart enough to make a story that flows like this. Even more impressive that the Nolan brothers made it work in a visual medium like film. It’s been 10 years since Interstellar, I hope they collaborate on something again one day.
A lot of great acting in this movie but Dave Chappelle’s performance has gotta be my favorite. Hungover Bradley Cooper is a close second, very convincing stuff
So peak. Peak Arnie, peak James Cameron, peak action. I threw this on tonight just to have something on in the background, but as soon as the chase scene through the LA river started I was immediately sucked in.
Fun little fact, in the scene where Sarah is holding the Cyberdyne employee at gunpoint in his house, there’s a magazine on the table that my Dad (photographer) shot the cover for!
The best sequel and best action movie of all time.
Let me set the scene. It’s Sunday of Halloween weekend, I’m hungover in bed with my 2 cats, it dumped 8 inches of snow the night before and I put this shit on. Peak suspense, peak John Carpenter, peak practical effects. This or The Hateful Eight may be the ultimate snowed in movie.
