This is definitely a beautiful piece of art, but unfortunately lacks things actually happening. It also feels criminal to cast Jack Nicholson and not let him cook. Don’t get me wrong he’s still good in this, it’s just a very understated role he’s placed in. I appreciate it for what it is, but I didn’t particularly “enjoy.” 3.5/5.
