I have some gripes with this movie… but will start with the positives. Denzel’s character carried this and was entertaining anytime he was on screen. The fight scenes were pretty cool too.
I did not like the forced feeling of Maximus’ son especially after watching the original less than 48 hours prior. Water and sharks in the colosseum? Yall lost me there with how unserious that is and I enjoy the fast and furious movies lol. The end seemed rushed,…

The King 2019
I’m a huge Chalamet fan and some of the other actors in here too so I was excited and had high hopes for this film that ultimately fell short… the main battle scene felt like a GoT rip off and quite frankly the fights throughout didn’t pack the punch (pun intended). Still a solid watch but wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend.
