    • This really is just a better version of Companion
    • Oscar Isaac is really great in this, pretty threatening and phony polite throughout in a way that seems true to a billionaire recluse. Alicia Vikander also very good playing the AI, feels especially layered on rewatches.
    • The effects for the AI is pretty great, feel like I remember reading that this movies budget was relatively low. Makes it a bit more impressive even.
    • Great last 20 mins.

HBO on Sunday - Chris Kendall n Rose
    • One of the classics of this era. Was a big fan of this, The Conjuring, and Insidious. And at the time, I think I found this to be the scariest of them, although after rewatches, I think it might be the least scary of those three.
    • Still mostly enjoy the story and I think a lot of that is in part to Ethan Hawke who the film really really zeroes…

    • Straight up makes me love going to the movies.
    • Brad and Leo are at the top of their game, esp. Brad.
    • Feels like a celebration of a Hollywood-dream, a fantasy of the journey of artists. Scene in the theater with Robbie is beautiful, all the scenes on set with Leo are great.
    • Ion spoil, but has my favorite scene of the year so far.

    NCG - Jordan Schuller Hannah
    • Feels like I was apart of something after seeing this. Years from now people will ask us what it was like to watch these movies as they came out.
    • Peak comic book movie, genuinely a spectacle to see on the big screen.
