Watched in York. I thought the film relateable and funny and not too saccharine. Yes it is a bit predictable... it's a feel good film it's not going into a deep dark hole.. if you have been interrailing or your parents have you might like this film. Surprising comic chops from Jenny Seagrove.

In the Bleak Midwinter 1995
I can't recommend this enough. My favourite Winter film,.... from Joe's opening monologue onwards. A witty warm hearted film that celebrates Shakespeare and the frankly insane people who make the show go on in such circumstances. Low calorie Mayo moisturiser at the ready.
