I have sat through so many crap movies in my time and but I legit COULDNT finish this. Its the most nothingburger whiplash inducing plot of all time and I was exhausted by it after about an hour, not to mention eyestrain from the movie being so fucking dark. Never again. Im going back to Neil Breen.

Magical, enchanting, and I'm so happy I rewatched it. It's hard to not smile while watching it - leaves me fixed to the screen!
Honestly really up there for me in my "Wallace and Gromit" rankings - definitely better than "A matter of loaf and death" imo - I'd probably put it on par with "Curse of the Wererabbit".
Just a hell of a lot of fun the whole way through, so many little side gags that feels like I'd benefit from a re-watch, and I think watching it on the TV with family on Christmas Day was the best way I could have experienced it.
Feels like Aardman is "on form" for this one, deffo worth a watch!
An incredibly slick script, amazing and fun animation (with a happy continuation of seemlessly blended 2d and 3d animation), and an interesting concept lead to a very well executed movie. Honestly - my new favorite dreamworks film, and probably a new entry in my top 5 animated films!
Also big jack horner is a new entry into my "favorite villains" list. LOTS of fun to be had everytime he is on screen! Big recommend.
