Seeing The Irishman at the Alamo earlier this evening after having not seen it since its release has definitely given me a greater appreciation for it. It’s damn near flawless and one of Scorsese’s best. However, I know not everyone feels that way, so this is less of a review and more a of a “for the love of god, give it a second chance!” kinda thing.
