This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
It's not completely suprising that the first full feature of a director most known for (at that time) his work on the original Dutch Big Brother is tonally a mess with choppy pacing and questionable character motives. It's a shame too because I fully respect Tom Six for prominently displaying gay culture from the early 2000s in his debut(!), especially when this movie came out just three years after the legalization of same-sex marriage in Netherlands.
