A lot of weak performances surround a deadly serious topic. Third episode is exceptional. In the second episode when the son has to explain to his police officer dad what emojis mean I cringed nearly through my chair. The fourth episode comes across so heavy handed it’s like watching a public service announcement instead of a tv show. The victim’s family is never once shown or considered. We’re only left to consider the poor family of a brainwashed incel boy. The world is so doomed.

I could do a pages long nerd out essay on this because I love this stuff so much but I’ll just say that this is an entirely acceptable amount of eccentricity in an artist for me. Also every person who was in this doc seems like the nicest person ever.

Crazily shallow. I had no idea what it was about before starting so that’s a bit on me but it’s mostly 40 minutes of tits and sex and then 100 minutes of people absolutely screaming over each other. Unbearable. Igor made me chuckle a couple times. Maybe I could have enjoyed it a little more if I didn’t spend the entire movie inferring there might be any kind of stakes to be had, but it’s just a bunch of pieces…
