  Saw an advanced screening that included a Q & A with the director and he was absolutely hilarious. So many deep questions about the film’s inspirations, themes, etc. were asked and he was all like “I wanted to make a cool thing so I made the thing and we copied silence of the lambs cause we know people love that thing and we used VHS footage for some scenes cause VHS footage is a cool thing!”
