    I remember watching this when I was much younger, but I imagine most of it zoomed right over my head. Nearly 20 years on, there are the requisite issues and a general "huh?" at the ages of the children (18 and 20...in what universe?), but Robin Williams is perfect. I enjoyed Nathan Lane's over-the-top moment for the most part, and my heart broke for both parents bending over backwards in the name love, for each other and for their child.…

    This movie was SO good. The last scene was arresting in such a quiet yet emotionally wrenching way. The world of the main character is strange, filled with mundane tasks that are somehow mesmerizing. I loved the storytelling device that brought together the two main threads of the plot. A razor-sharp take on one of the more shameful ills of society. Bobitsa forever?
