Threads 1984
I understand that Threads is profoundly (and infamously) disturbing and a good example (in certain clips) of the horrors of nuclear war. But that all doesn't really matter when it isn't engaging at all, not to mention that it desensitises you so quickly to disturbing imagery that it becomes infuriatingly boring by the end. Great concept, some great examples of war horrors, but altogether an exhausting and boring watch. I would recommend you just watch a few important scenes on YouTube and leave the rest of this alone.
